How far in advance should I schedule my estate sale?

The sooner the better, we are known for a fast turn around time. However, we like to get started taking picures and running ad's two weeks in advance. We also have had great success in just one weeks notice as well.

What do you do with the remaining items that are left from my estate sale?

It is our intention to do our best to completely liquidate every estate sale that we do. We have no intentions of ending up with your items, but often there are items that simply just didn't sell. Unlike some other estate sale companies, we do not have a warehouse, resale shop, antique booth, nor do we have an auction house. We feel that having such other businesses in addition to having an estate liquidation company, is a conflict and could lead to manipulating pricing in order to end up with certain items to sell at their other places of businesses for profit. In the event that you have items left over after the sale is complete, we reccomend that the home owner do a final walk through and take any items they may want to keep, or tell us which items you want to leave behind if you have hired us for the cleanout service. As mentioned we offer an optional clean out service that will come and pick up the leftover unwanted items and leave your home empty and broom sweept clean.

How much will it cost me to have an estate sale?

Our fees can vary depending on the estate and size of the workload, and services that best fit your needs. Please feel free to contact us anytime and arrange a free evaluation.

How soon after the estate sale should I expect to be paid for my share of the proceeds?

On the last day of the sale, immediately after it has ended, we total the receipts and pay you on the spot. There is absolutely no waiting period.

Does it cost anything to have someone come out to our estate and give us an evaluation?

There is absolutely no cost to you to have us come out to your estate and give you an evaluation. We believe it's our responsibility to earn your trust, therefore we would never charge anyone to help them understand the value of their items and to advise how we could help them liquidate their personal property.
